If you haven't read it by now, please read "The Autoimmune Epidemic," by Donna Jackson Nakazawa. Chapter ONE features our condition!!! The whole book is very well-written, explaining complex issues in the simplest of terms...I understand so much more about autoimmune conditions now than I did before. Highly highly recommend it.
