Im also type 1 diabetic ,and have addisons .Does the hughes make you tired I am knackered ,may be pred and methotrexate im on as well as insulin also.Does the warfarin make you tired coz if it does ill be more tired than now with all the other drugs .Got to start 2nd course of chemotherapy cyclophosphamide another 6 infusions in july also.Its good my medical team are covering all bases with my eyesight and the preservation of it.Its frustrating the treatments are as bad as the illnesses some time .But at least can be treated I suppose main thing.Appreciate any replies ,cheers mickt.

Hughes can make you feel tired but so can a lot of other things or a combination of things. I would think the diabetes might also make you feel tired if not well controlled. The chemo would too most likely. Its worth getting a full blood screen done as things like low iron levels can also make you feel tired or thyroid levels out of whack.
It sounds like you have a lot to cope with so hopefully the doctors will be able to figure out all that is happening and help you feel better.
Agree with Tassie. Hope you have an APS-doctor that understands this illness but many doctors do not.
