That is such an informative paper and I didn't even know about this. Thank you. At least it gives us an opportunity to have a say in who sees what. However, it should never have been allowed in the first place ~ it is not their right to do this and whoever wants to see these records should have to ask permission of us not us doing the work to protect our privacy.
