ongoing palpitations

Since having yearly vaccines last Wednesday I haven’t felt right . The morning after my appt I started having central chest pain and tightness , lots of palpitations which I’ve never had before , one bad dizzy spell and feeling very lightheaded only for a few seconds but lots of episodes every day . The fluttering feeling seems to start as soon as I’m up and moving around , it also comes on quickly after I’ve had something to eat or drink. I have been checked over at hospital and all tests were ok . I spoke to my gp as I’m still not feeling right and she said I’ll just have to wait for the stress test I just don’t know what to do as it’s day 8 of not feeling too good . I’m waiting on a cardiac stress test which will be really useful to see the results as I struggle to walk uphill without feeling my heart racing and beating very strongly , I feel really unwell when this happens . I dint know whether it’s a reaction to things or just hormonal as I’m almost 49. Life is a bit of a struggle right now and it’s frustrating feeling unwell but trying to carry on with everything .(I have a pacemaker , that was put in 2020)

If these arrhythmias are symptomatic, I would head to the ER. Something like that shouldn't wait, just to be on the safe side.
