I recently had a 48hr halter monitor ordered by my pcf. I thought I might have had a - fib.
My pcf told me that the results were normal. I picked up a copy of the results. The report noted I had a brief episode of svt and rare pvc's and pacs with one pvc couplet. I looked at the ecg sheets and noticed that the seven pvcs I had six were the same, one was completely different. Other than the couplet the other episodes were isolated.
It seems as though I have multiple arrythmias. How lucky can I be.
I have an appointment with a cardiologist in six weeks, but my anxiety keeps rising and need some reassurance. How concerned should I be with multifocal pvcs, pvc couplet and svt?
Thanks,

An ECG often looks odd but you can be confident that what you saw is okay and that everyone alive gets some ectopic beats. A PAC looks different from a PVC, and even those can look different from each other.
It sounds very much to me as if you are over worrying. Perhaps buy an Apple Watch to be able to catch these when they occur as even a 48-hour Holter can miss them.
Ectopic beats are strange are they are peculiarly able create an instant and deep pulse of fear, yet are not something that will lead to a deterioration of the heart or physical health.
