Are you able to spare five minutes of your time to help us? We have been asked to contribute towards a study on the quality of life for people living with AF and would welcome your experiences.

We hope to plan a face-to-face or virtual meeting to delve deeper into how AF impacts quality of life.

The following survey should not take longer than five minutes to complete:

Thank you for your support and time dedicated to research.

Kind regards

Good Morning, we often share survey's to help with medical research into AF, if you click on the link and select OK to activate the survey, this will determine whether you have already completed it over the past week.

Many thanks for your support.
