Gastroscopy and colonoscopy - effects on heart?

A couple of days ago I had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy. At the moment I'm experiencing a missed beat after every 4th beat, and this has been continuing for several hours. I was wondering if this increase in symptoms had any connection to the procedures. Perhaps someone has experienced the same problem?
