Does anybody suffer from HPT high pain threshold?

I am almost immune to pain killers, my system has reached such a level. I slashed my hand by accident, but tried to chat up the doctor whilst she stitched up my hand, I can get injections, no bother! BUT if I got a heart attack, my brain might not recognise it properly? I regularly would break a rib, I have epilepsy, my brain would recognise it almost as a pulled muscle, wrong signals sent to the brain! I would be given pain killers, eg kidney stones, no real effect. It could be very dangerous?
