GOT TO TELL EVERY ONE NEW BREAKFAST

New breakfast have to share every one.

Bought Muffins, Crumpets toasted.

Topped with Scrambled Eggs.

I do my Eggs like this.

Three large Eggs cracked in to a bowl.

Touch of milk. Beaten.

Secret good wok with cover high heat add Butter sizzled add Eggs.

Allow to set turn once twice turn off heat allow to cook end up Omelette style scrambled Eggs.

Add Chilli flakes or season scrambled eggs soft and just right three minutes of work for a heathly breakfast.

Added Grilled Mushrooms, Bacon, does expand the breakfast.

Or home made beans with tomato sauce .

Haricot Beans and Cannellini Beans mixed together, jar of Pasta Sauce add Chilli flakes simmer.

Why need sugary bake beans and too much salt make your own.

Use those mixed beans, or use can buy in tomato sauce with spices use a lot if those.

Been now energised ready to tackle anything.

Hello pleased to talk to you again Eggs often the best way full of energy yes they may contain cholestrol.

Understand that was a initial thought but actually most regions and countries of the World use Eggs Beans Bread either Tortillas or other wraps and other bread products so filled up with beans, pulses eggs a good start.

Add after a fruit yoghurt simple one.

Greek natural youghurt stir in fruit yoghurts cheap ones or ones you like.

A good incentive healthy start to the days and the bodies stomach systems functioning right the beset problems many have.

Drink hot water not scalding just hot enough to drink lemon juice stir in honey makes a good way to stimulate stomach bowels first thing and appetite.

Use boiling kettle let it cool slightly.

Have lots of ideas happy to share.

I enjoy herbal tea with lemon & honey daily. I also use honey in some bakery items with success but others need sugar to satisfy my taste buds. I am not a fan of any of the non sugar products but my granddaughter happily uses them & tired to covert me. I guess it is what you get used to. We do like eggs for lunch or our evening meal. Enjoy your cooking... today l am baking cookies for a very helpful neighbor boy.

Hello thank you kind words .

When a wake get up need fuel minds clouding misty murky minds mudded.

Just then have to decide need to eat, use a often do my notes so made this.

Just easy to recall often senior moments .

Standing in the kitchen why am here what am doing .

So need simple food simple ideas five ingredients of course.

Have others looking at will post .

Try them out first see if they Ok do not suggest any thing.

As a Italian Stallion in the kitchen hate to suggest anything might cause harm to the members

Always tried test recipes before posting.

Would be upset emotional if caused some one to be ill .

Also past experiences taught need to add been to homes of friends new recipes.

Stomach did not thank me for that disaster. Ouch .lol...

Just have a lovely day no doubt more marvellous food for me to look at today on here.

Wonder who is doing that ??? Ummm.

Now you have hit a separate debate crumpets with egg you have to have them with jam or Nutella lol.

How long do the beans take to cook and what pasta sauce do you use

I keep saying i am going to do my own beans but i tried sauce from scratch and found it to runny for the beans .

I have mixed beans in a wholemeal wrap with scrambled egg as a quick lunch which is good

Hello pleased to meet you.

Here is another debate do you toast these or grill or do this eggy crumpets.

One bowl cracked eggs three large pack six crumpets soaked in mixture.

Add chilli flakes and pepper or my fav Tabasco sauce few drops hot pan butter sizzle add olive oil add face down crumpets.

Seal five minutes turn over and next batch do this.

Serve with Bacon grilled favourite sauce.

Beans own recipe simple use Tins mixed beans drained.

Tomato Pasta sauce your choice use Arrabaita or ordinary Basil or any thing Peppers.

Pepper Eggs Tomatoes lots recipes around the Med.

If not thick enough use tomato puree tomato ketchup or cornflour add to water add to beans.

Could add other food items to thicken sauce.

Cooked Potatoes or use Rice microwave sorts.

Nothing wrong having those these sorts of meals breakfast expand in the stomach means filling but no too much.

Always have bread always have yoghurt with beans pulses.

Digestions probelms we all have beans add in Fennel Seeds, Cumin or Turmeric.

crumpets have to be toasted and splattered in real butter. Closest ive got to savory crumpets is cream cheese lol.

will try the beans again i have to have high fibre and low fat diet so beans lentils etc are always a winner.

.

I always start day with either porridge or over night oats cant beat it will try bean reciep for a lunch should be good in wholemeal pitta bread with some sardines and chilli sauce
