I recently got a blood test and received the below results. Would changing my diet help.

B12 Folate Level Abnormal Serum Vitamin B12 Result 1841 (197.00 - 771:00pg/ml)

Serum Folate Result 2.3 (2.90-26.80ng/ml

Renal Profile Abnormal Serum Creatinine Result 98 (45:00 - 84.00umol/L

Lipid Profile

Serum Cholesterol Result 5.2 (2.50-5.00mmol/L

Serum HDL Cholesterol Level Result 1.9 (1.20-1.70mmoll/L

Differential White Cell Count Abnormal

Neutrophil Count Result 1.93 (2.00-7.50x10>9/L

Full Blood Count FBC Abnormal

Red Blood Cell Count Result 124 (115.00-155.00g/L
