Has your doctor suggested to you to see/make an appointment with a Nutritionist,  SweetTaste ?

I was referred by my GP in U.K. to a nutritionist…but to be honest, it was useless as I had more idea about my diet than she did…she had no valuable information to give me apart from a printed sheet of foods to eat, which was all pretty much common sense. I hope you have more luck!

In the UK, you may be referred to a practitioner eg dietician, under the NHS but the quality is often poor eg Lyndaki example, despite the fact they dont do it for free as theyre paid by the NHS (us!). A qualified, Nutritional Therapist specialising in weight loss (or anything else) deserves to be paid for the specialist advice they give following years of training and continuous CPD and clearly wouldnt survive if they werent, so patients would suffer.

You can contact a university that teaches nutrition? They need case studies for their students.

Otherwise, there are lots of good apps out there that track weight loss for free.
