All signs seem to point to a histamine intolerance for me. It makes sense because whenever I would eat really healthy foods I would actually get worsening of my symptoms due to a lot of the healthy foods being high in histamine. My test results are back also and I will be calling my doctor tomorrow to find out the results of my celiac test and blood panels. I’m going to add a photo of how my face changes whilst I’m having these symptoms. One photo is when I’m feeling healthy and the other is when I’m unwell. The funny thing is that in the healthy photo I was eating really unhealthy foods for a few months and in the unhealthy photo I was eating really healthy foods but felt a lot worse probably due to the histamine levels being really high. Obviously healthy foods are a lot better for most people but in my case it was making me worse.

Update! I think it is a histamine intolerance that I am struggling with.
I'm glad you have some ideas to start ruling out now hopefully you'll find the low histamine diet easy to follow!
Good luck with the blood test results tomorrow
Hello Healthiskey, you talk of a histamine sensitivity, well my experience of this is when I’m unwell with a cold or whatever. My body reacts with a rash depending on how unwell I am and the rash extends to my arms, torso and even behind my knees.
My response to this is to take antihistamine tablets which can be obtained from the chemist shop or even the local supermarket for not much money.
I do try to have, what I would call, a normal diet, but I understand from your message that you have a condition known as celiac disease.
I’m afraid that I don’t know much about this condition only that in the small intestine there are not many finger-like projections called villi to absorb the neutriants that food would normally give you.
Hopefully your histamine levels will be ok soon and that you won’t suffer unduly.
Without knowing what you regard to be 'healthy foods' and what you regard as unhealthy it's very difficult to offer any response. All real foods are inherentnly healthy with the exception that some people may be sensitive to a few 'natural pesticides' which are intended to protect plants from predators. These are mostly things like oxalates or nightshades.
Hi healthiskey Histamine is a thing yes but so is alkaline v acidity Autoimmune disorders can be moderated by an alkaline diet or taking alkaline compounds such as bicarbonate of soda which is cheap to buy
