It is better to work with a nutritionist to figure out what will work best for you as an individual. I think some of the universal recommendations tend to be:Digestive bitters before a meal, to encourage your digestive enzymes

Probiotics/probiotic foods like sauerkraut, kefir, kombucha

Make sure you chew your foods well too, as it'll help with what reaches your gut

Thank you, i also have a question. Everytime i use showergel my skin feels itchy afterwards, is that a sign of any allergies or intolerances? I'm just wondering if it ties into food intolerances in some way?

I can't say for sure. Sometimes contact allergies can be triggered if you eat foods that contain the allergen (e.g. I have to limit sulphites in my diet as I have a skin allergy to sulphites, and food sources can show on my skin). You'd have to compare what's in your shower gel that isn't in whatever other product you use, to help you narrow it down.

Hi! I get itchy skin from foods if I eat too much of a certain food. For instance if I have strawberries 3 days in a row I may start to itch.

Contact dermatitis can make your skin itchy if using a product on your body such as the shower gel. Years ago I had reactions to my shampoo, soap and face cream. After a patch test at the dermatologist learned I was allergic to methylisothiszolinone which is a toxic preservative in many personal care products and cleaning products - even in products made for babies - even in products that say for sensitive skin. I have to read the ingredients for any products I use on my body. AND, every few months I need to read the ingredients on all my products because manufacturers will change their ingredients.
