Not sure what tests to ask for?

I'm getting my bloods done tomorrow and i'm a bit stressed on which tests to ask for? I am getting a full blood panel (which im not really sure what that tests for) and getting tested for celiac disease. My symptoms are- pale ashen skin complexion, fatigue, brain fog, puffy face, dizziness, blurry vision, cold hands and feet, bloating, excessive gas, intolerance to exercise, shortness of breath.
