Since today is National Almond Day, I had decided to have a side salad with: almonds, feta cheese, bac'n pieces, cheese crips, black olives and dressing-- along with stuffed grape leaves, hummus (different flavors), gluten free crackers and a small dessert for tonight's dinner.
