I achieve my goals of eating at least 2 pieces of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables a day, plus grains, seeds and nuts.
Guess how?
Well it starts with my breakfast - a weird looking thing, but delicious and doesn't get me hungry again for hours - so therefore, no snacks!

Kale
Cabbage
Lettuce
Roquette
Mint
Apple
Cherry-plums
Raspberry
Honeydew melon
Then topped with a home dry-roasted bunch of seeds, nuts and grains
Almonds, Hazelnuts, Cashews, Walnuts, Brazil nuts, Pecans, Pepitas, Sunflower Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Flaxseeds and Oats. Just put all of these seeds, nuts and grains in a food processor or Thermomix and mill for a few seconds, then put on an oven tray and roast for 30 mins, stirring around every 10 minutes.
Then store in a sealed jar in your pantry and add them to various meals you make, including the morning salad.
