Hi everybody, we have members who want to improve their physical and mental health by losing weight exercising more and eating healthier foods.

And here's the good news taking positive steps towards our own wellbeing is a pick me so a natural anti depressant so those of you who are taking positive steps for your own benefit must remember this to keep the motivation up as its a gradual process, as its a change of lifestyle.
