I am 49 y/o and suffering from stomach ulcer. So I want to know about the relevant diet and lifestyle to follow to make it better. Because I tried by all means to change my diet, but keeps on coming and going every two days. Secondly I want to know how dangerous is stomach ulcer?

They used to believe that ulcers were caused by stress, diet, stomach acid etc by now we know that almost all ulcers are caused by helicobacter pylori, a bacterium. Your first approach should be to your GP for antibiotics and then diet if that doesn't fix it.
This was discovered by the bravest Nobel prize winner, Barry Marshall, who when no one would believe him that ulcers were caused H pylori, he swallowed a broth of it (after endoscopy to show he didn't have an ulcer) and developed an ulcer within just a few days. He cured himself with antibiotics when his wife ordered him to stop the experiment.
Antibiotics should be your first response.
