I’m ruby a college student and I’m trying to live in a healthier lifestyle. I return to college on Monday and instead of buying a Greggs sausage roll or Sainsbury’s meal deal , I want to bring a healthy lunch with me in my college bag. Do you have any ideas ??

Get a wide mouth thermos. google.com/search?q=wide+mo... or better still, pop into TK Maxx if there is one near you, and root around in their lunch box section - they often have a wide variety of bento or tiffin boxes. Find something simple, or something that inspires you. I'd suggest something insulated unless you have access to a microwave at lunchtime. Make double the food you need for dinner, then heat up the leftovers in the morning and put it in the flask. Salads can also go in the flask (on a different day!) with dressing in a jar. Or you might find a bento box with a jar included, as well as cutlery.
If you do have access to a microwave, all you need is a microwaveable container with a secure lid. Siestema make good ones, but there are others.
If you don't want to eat the same meal 2x in a row, just save it for the day after instead, or freeze it.
Batch cooking (eg on a Sunday) is another approach, if you have the freezer space. You can make all your lunches and dinners for a week.
Baked potato is a great idea. I used to microwave at home for 4 minutes and the 3-4 minutes at work. Toppings go in a little box. Look online for ideas. My face is artichokes, lemon, pine nuts oils. That’s expensive so if that is an issue like it is for most college students Google for other stuff. Potatoes are like a blank slate. Tuna is good because you can make it the night before and there are tons of options. Try yogurt or Mayo and lemon. Walnuts and cranberry. Optionally grapes.
Soup is surprisingly filling. The box kind tend to be healthier. Add charturie type foods. You can even sneak those in class.
Make breakfast savory instead of sweet and add veggies. That way you can have smaller lunches.
