Well I had session 2 of my self management course today & lots of things were discussed including excercise
On thing that was briedfly descussed at the end ready for session 3 is to document 2 days - of meals -1 weekday & 1 weekend
So Im going to make sure I include salmon in my shopping & choose the weekday I eat it to document that - so that ive documented at least 1 healthy day even if the weekend isnt so healthy a day -but will do my best

Hi Sara I don't eat that healthy everyday but I'm of very good health I make up for it I think if have a not so healthy day if you check my posts Yul see how to have 13 a day or was it 12 by lunch time not something I do everyday I do take vitamin supplements and usually manage 5 a day recavacodo banana and fruit for breakfast and some kinda veg at tea good luck 🤗😁
Is it a challenge to eat healthily that day, and take note, or do they just want to see a typical day?
I've had to do things like this, so tended to document a typical day because it gave me better feedback, but it depends what you're documenting it all for.
I know what you mean though - I would rather not be judged for my weekend meals either!
