Itβs any clear gelatin you can get from supermarket. The key is creating layer by layer while patiently wait for the first layer to cool down and form into shape. I find it is such a mediative process while making it. π
Feeling zen over a nice cup of tea.ππ
As always, be inspired, be joyful, take a picture and Enjoy it! πβ€οΈ

Thank you very much for saying that Leah! π€πThey are not too sweet and gluten free, so refreshing summer treats you keep in the fridge. We can add any type of our favorite fruits in jelly. ππ
Best title so far π€£ππIβm sorry what Kainan? If itβs like those jello cups? ππ€£That is just tacky πππ Maybe from the Four Season in Pasadena yes. ππ
Kainan, I can totally see youβre scratching your head, making decision which color of rainbow you would choose from those cups on isle 5 while texting this. π
What a lovely looking dessert, its been years since I have had Jelly π I think you can get a vegan version of Gelatine these days - maybe making a trifle might be in order
Thank you Debs very much for saying that! π€πβ€οΈ
You are absolutely right. I used Agar as gelatine before but I am out of them as I purchased from Asian supermarket before. It takes a bit longer to dissolve Agar in solid form but itβs very pure and tasty.π
I will be looking forward to your yummy trifle. ππ
Hi KoKo, just the look of your delicious jelly dessert makes my tummy wobble π you definitely have a eye for when it comes to food . As I say over here lovely jubbly πππ. Clive X π€
