Iβm so excited to make Chia jam this late afternoon as I looked it up on YouTube how to make it. It is so quick, easy, no mess, healthy and tasty. ππ
I love how no sugar added and no canning process needed. It can last in the fridge about one week too.ππ
You can use any of your favorite fresh fruits or frozen fruits. I currently have frozen mixed fruits of mango, peach, pineapple and strawberries plus the rest of my fresh strawberries. Slow heat to cook these fruits, mash them right in the pot, add 1/2 cup of chia seeds while stirring well. Within 15 mins, you get yourself a delicious snack full of vitamins, fiber and omega-3. You can keep Chia jam in containers as I use my mason jar in the fridge for snack, or in freezer for later consumption. Thereβre many ways you can eat it so be creative! π
