Oat breakfast/snack

Start your day with a proper breakfast or take with you for a snack.

5 spoon of oats

6 frozen strawberries

0.5 tbs of chia seeds

0.5 tbs of flaxseeds

1 tbs of pumpkin seeds

maple syrup

almond butter

cover with almond milk

leave it for a night to soaked and enjoy!!!

Would suggest go for steel cut whole oats rather than processed rolled oats !

Looks good I'll try it cooked? I like warm bfast now as colder mornings. I bought seeded or ridge last week and it's really nice not tried almond milk yet, why the almond butter?

Almond butter is optional. If you want fancy sweet, this is an option. Instead of eating something sugary you can have almond butter instead, which is full of nutritional values 😊
