Hi everyone. I hope you’re enjoying your evening/morning/night so far.
Tonight, I had gluten free spaghetti, gluten free meatballs, salad with walnuts, organic red apples cut up, fake bacon bits, Italian dressing, tomato sauce and cereal on the side. The entire meal was a little higher than normal with total amount of carbs.(109), but the amount of carbs. was because of the cereal for dessert. Everything was really delicious and there is some leftovers for another dinner very soon.
What did you have for dinner tonight?
Stay safe, happy and healthy!😀👍

Planning on grilled Alaskan wild salmon (butter and mesquite spice rub), potatoes and veg.
That's true. Sometimes though, when you are lazy or too tired to cook some Leftovers fit the bill. Sometimes there's nothing better than a cold slice of pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza straight from the fridge. " Guy Food "..lol
You’re welcome, Koko. I’m glad you and everyone else likes my dinner for tonight. It’s nice to find a place that has gluten free meatballs near my house. Not too many stores have them year round.😀👍
The salad was really good, too and I enjoy having organic red apples on the salad when we do pasta nights here.😀👍
It’s wonderful when we have gluten free places to supply for our diet needs. You tell your friends also to show support to these stores and they will bring you more varieties 😁👍 I love red apples with tahjin salt 🤣😅 I can eat them all day but I know I have my limits. 😁
Thank you! I will have to check it tomorrow after breakfast and when I get to the computer.😀👍
Good night.😀👍
That sounds really yum Leah! Your salad made me feel extra hungry. So tasty! And leftovers too. That's always such a bonus. We had baked fish parcels last night. Fillets of cod wrapped up in greaseproof with a little sliced onion, red and yellow peppers, courgette (zucchini) and a few leftover mushrooms (which were lurking in the veg drawer of the fridge). All seasoned up with some spices and herbs and just quickly baked in my Ninja Foodie, and we had coconut and spinach rice alongside.
That sounds really good, Sue and thank you for letting me know what courgette is. I need to see if we can get some in the next few weeks and add that to a big salad sometime.
Thank you for saying that about the spaghetti and meatballs with the salad. It's one of my favorite gluten free pasta meals that we have almost once a week. If we don't have spaghetti, we have another pasta dish made with another type of gluten free pasta.
