Hello everyone! I hope you're excited about our sugar free challenge (or at least not dreading it)!
Does anyone have any questions before we kick off?
This challenge is for fun (if you can call it that 😁), and will last 7 days.
The aim is to cut out as much sugar and sugar substitutes as you can. This means pretty much anything that ends in an "ose" (fructose, sucrose), but if you slip up, we're not here to judge you for it!
Most sugar free challenges out there, recommend limiting fruit to 1 or 2 portions a day max, as it can keep the sweet cravings going. It can also be a good idea to avoid sweeteners, but if you do need a small crutch from sweeteners, try to reduce over the week.
I'm really looking forward to this week, and hope you'll keep me entertained as we go!
