I am living in Canada but of Indian origin. Few suggestions based on home remedies from there
a) Use garlic more in food if you find it usage acceptable. This is easy way.
b) There are 2 Pranayam , KapalBhati and Anulom-Vilom. You can search on youtube and you will see same.. I have seen lots of people getting all sort of benefits, some reduced 10-30kg wait, some solved all sort of problems we have even not heard of. Its simple breathing exercise, free of cost at home anytime but 2hr after meals or empty stomach.
Please try it initially 5mins each. People who did miracle with these performed even for 1hr each but for minor issues like cholesterol you need to believe it will cure you and do it 5-10 mins each 2 times a day.. But the important thing is the belief it will help.
Its just a placebo effect i feel as ultimately it's your body which cures itself all these are just minor help to your body to recover.
hope this helps. Please do try. It's no side effects, no medication just breathing at home.
Hello Marillion61 firstly thanks for joining us and welcome to HE. Now you need plenty of fresh fruit and veg and avoid saturated fats and lots of processed foods, so the more food you prepare at home and by steaming or poaching the better, here’s a link to the NHS advice on lowering cholesterol please see: nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-bo... hope this helps and do let us know how you get on and I hope that you enjoy being a member of our friendly community.
