Hi everyone I was going to make a stew in my slow cooker but ended up making a nice thick soup. I used sweet potato baby carrots red lentils sprouts peas broccoli spinach mixed diced peppers a little chilli and spices. To thicken I mix a desert spoon of rice flour in some cold water and just add that with some yeast extract.
I enjoyed it and it was very healthy whichβs perfect as January is going out in style here as itβs snowing here. So a great reason to be safe and sound at home and enjoy it. π
