We're all allowed slips, but I don't want to slip. No unhealthy options tomorrow!

I know just how it feels when you weaken Sean I put three pounds on after my blow out last Sunday. It's off now though plus another pound so I'm only a pound away from my 11 stone 6 target weight. let's hope that doughnut had a less fattening centre ! Our house is full of cakes and biscuits which were bought as Christmas parents. I think we might just ration them as a treat when I'm back on top of things.

You've started your exercise Sean which is good I'm just healing after my accident before I risk doing anything..

I think taking control of your food choices is going to have the biggest impact in reducing your weight.

It's difficult when your working at home though as its so easy to snack. I feel your pain as I'm stuck in at the moment good luck with it mate. You lost loads initially I remember being really impressed when I read your post. how much did you lose first time round ? Anyway onwards and downwards good luck mate.
