I am using a LCHF approach Sean before I started my weight loss journey I had high blood pressure I had high cholesterol and a high level of blood sugar. I was on medication for my high blood pressure taking statins for my high cholesterol. My Bloodsugars are now in safe realms I do not take statins anymore or tablets for my high blood pressure in fact it’s a bit on the low side which I think is a sign of my fitness from all the cycling. You don’t feel hungry like you do if you’re eating carbs on this diet. The fats and proteins make you feel satisfied for longer. You just fill up on loads of green veg and salads I eat a lot of full fat Greek yoghurt. I never count calories. 👍🏽
