Hi everyone,
I bought a nice local cauliflower and cooked it and some quinoa and red lentils and baked them all together in a cheese sauce. I topped it with gluten free bread crumbs dried chilli and grated cheese I was going to have some peas with it but forgot! Its comfort food thats for sure so it didn't matter.
