For the last few days I've been able to have normal bowl movements once a day. However today I've had the constant urge to go but can't.
Hi 0879 ,
Have you consulted with your doctor about the issue? Did they suggest that you take any medication? If they had, how much and when?
What do you usually eat during the day/night/evening? Do you like salad?
No haven't seen a doctor. For a bit of context I'm 20. Also Im experiencing a bit of pressure in the anul area only today. I've actually been properly now since the last message.
When this was happening, did you have any unusual cramping? If this continues, please call the doctor and ask for an appointment.
This is today. Right now I still have the feeling. No cramping though I feel fine. I'm just thinking, I sit quite a lot of my day now as I'm on furlough and spend the majority of time inside due to being on lockdown.
It may be from possible stress with the furloughs and COVID 19 in general. I've been on furlough since the end of the day on March 13th from my job.
I'm just thinking how stress can cause this pressure feeling. That's why I'm thinking is it because of me sitting quite a lot.
I personally think it's from other issues. Do you eat enough fiber?
I've tried to get on top of eating fruit every day. So for the last 2 weeks I've been eating an orange everyday and having vitimin c tablets. I'm never fussy about my food so I'm always eating a variety of foods including veg. The main reason why I wanted to keep on top of the fruit and water was because for the last year or so I've been experiencing pebble stool, but since eating the fruit more often and drinking more water I believe its helped. The pebble stool all of a sudden started when I left college weirdly enough.
Fruit is a good idea along with adding vegetables to help things. Sometimes, the system changes and we have to (now and then) go along with what it's doing. I have some digestive issues since I had most of my pancreas removed as an infant at 2 weeks old. Ever since then, I've been on digestive enzymes and been a person with Type 1 Diabetes. Some foods are hard to digest in some cases.
Those fajita kits I always have some sort of stomach cramps after eating them.
The wraps cause cramps for you? Can you please check the May Contain area of the box/container that they come in? Please let me know what it says.
It only has wheat in bold. There isn't really a mya contain section
As this is a recurring issue, I think you should see your doctor.
Haemorrhoids can cause the sensation you're describing too, so that might be something to rule out.
I’m like you actually I feel that my right bowel isn’t working there was a tip and it said drink warm water first thing in morning and that will get rid of toxins so I have and it does work.
If you change your diet suddenly it can have an affect as your body still needs to clear out the old stuff before it can flush out the new.
