So far so good, 5 days doing the fast 800 plan and im smashing it, the weekend is the toughest part for me when normally that would include chocolate, cheese cake and wine π not in that order lol but i know i have got this now and im determined to smash this weekend.

Hey good for you Shar71 I'm impressed and I'd take the weekend one meal at a time and when tempted remind yourself of why you are on the 800 calorie diet.
I really like grapes and think they're a great and healthy alternative to sweets so that might be worth considering.

All good stuff Shar71. What do you have for breakfast? Have you increased your exercise?
Mostly egg related, such as scrambled, tomato or mushroom omelette, soft boiled with asparagus soldiers or mixed with avacardo , occasionally oats mixed with few nuts and chia seeds maybe couple of blueberries, whole milk. I dont have the same 2 days running π
