This I hope helps every one who are using every day ingredients we all buy.

Sometimes buy them the end result a mish mash errors done the recipe wrong why did I do that?

How did that happen? Followed the instructions all gone nuts where the toast ?

Instead have that, in to the bin.

All of that done that so learnt from by going to volunteer in kitchens the right ways.

Kitchen secrets and was supervised when we used to so many times charity benefits.

Chefs and any others.

Often saves time these we ingredients we buy but sometimes by thinking adjusting the instructions can be beneficial.

One we all buy is frozen vegetables.

Says on the bag add to recipes or add to oil saute and then add.

I learnt that simply easy vegetables Peas Green Beans easier to add to recipes.

Those with lots of water Mushrooms Peppers mixed bags Casserole mixes Med Mixes.

I add to a bowl add boiling water from a kettle and drain let them drain in a colander over a bowl or a sieve.

Immediately just empty a portion pour over drain.

Can add later end of the recipe dish your making still hold their shape.

Or something I do blanche as described add to a saucepan make a sauce usual one.

The Ragu made all the time and others .

Cook simmer then to a blender, blitz sieve and you have a sauce with the taste flavour of the vegetables.

All blended and ready to use.

Great for families who have children do not like veggies good way to hide.

Use this a lot with Med style Ragu mixes instores.

Containing Zuchinni, Peppers other associated veggies same we ge tthem home all crumbs or bits well do the above mentioned.

I know jars available with any of the above mentioned not cheap so do save some money.

Mushrooms are watery so add as mentioned drain add to sauce and blender.

Helps a lot, a well known fact those whose have been in kitchens chefs.

Prepare veggies before service before you arrive these are blanched hot water chilled and ready to use

Microwave freezer products like Rice often hard or difficult to get right, so cook as per instructions half way.

Also allow when defrosting fish meat to come to room temparature . To oven timesaver .

Safety can make use of the hob and on to sauces or additions.

After removing fish or meat can add to pan if you so wish or just cook it all way through.

Recommend Fish five to eight minutes. Use tin foil to wrap fish in oiled if cooked will carry on cooking means keep warm.

Meat use a roaster covered and allow to medium heat gently.

Meat is a muscle needs to be cooked at certain temperature and rested cover tin foil allow to rest.

Big Chicken still warm after a certain time.

Juices flow back in stay in.

Want a juicy Chicken easier to Poach large Chicken and in a stockpot half way with veggies . Carrots, Onions, Celery.

Herbs Bouquet Garni stock.

Remove leave and allow to rest.

Stock need to add jug cube or granules add spices herbs and seasonings, cornflour. Add boiling water and to saucepan bring to boil.

Simmer then blend the cornflour herbs and spices are of blended.

Get a sauce smooth add to recipe .

If becomes too thick add boiling water to reduce thickness.

Means no lumps means sauce is getting none of those.

Flavour taste of sauce with out biting on dried herbs or spices.

All sauce herbs and spice pastes can be frozen in to ice cube trays with oiled tray.

Herbs simply made chopped up add water and freeze then into ice cube trays.

Remove then use zip clip bag as you would fresh at the end.

Use Sun dried Tomato and Red Roasted Peppers drained to jars Pasta sauce or to Passata gives a different dimension makes a jar go further .

This can be frozen add Red Wine Vinegar to sauce helps freezing processes preserves.

Any alcohol over Red Wine White little tip make a sauce easy oneTomato or one suggested add Wine freeze ice cube trays or bags.

Remove when need some Wine . For those that drink.

Just a useful one for you wine drinkers any left overs.

Use any veggies Sunday Roast veggie stock soup bases just add. Saucepan stockpot add Cornflour herbs tomato puree Black Pepper water. Bring to boil simmer.

Also add any skins peelings, onions layers and bits pieces from Chicken and Celery leaves ends, cover water bring to boil.

Blitz up and sieve, instant stocks no waste.

Chicken Carcass a lot of flavour do not throw this away.

Any meat left on use a stockpot poach meat is removed.

We all like Yoghurt in the morning but expensive those fruit ones some of them so do this.

Frozen berries drained when defrosted sieve bowl.

Bowl add dollop yoghurt lemon juice bottle easier Cinnamon a sprinkle a squirt of honey.

Mix add fruit and layer up.

Or blitz whole bowl blender fruit berry yoghurt.

Apples Pears slice up hard add to a saucepan low heat.

Cinnamon touch sprinkle, honey.

Leave for a while check Apples Pears soften own juices add touch Lemon juice compotes you have top Yoghurt.

Morning evening and any time.

Children want a pudding sweet crying out for a sweet treat.

Instant Berry ice cream .

Freeze Container.

Blender add Berries, Greek Yoghurt Honey a drizzle blitz to freezer container couple hours instant icream.

Or add this Bananas frozen dice up chop tin foil label.

Add to a blender Bananas bag of Mango diced. Coconut Milk Cinnamon blitz up and honey.

To a freezer container few hours.

Another ideas I do this when want a pudding.

Not heavy light is buy Malt bread slice it up.

Microwave it add Custard shop bought.

Small drizzle of evap milk blended. Makes custard go further tastes creamy but with out the calories.

Top Maltloaf.

Add fruit Pears Tinned or any fruit.

Tinned.

Buy Ginger Cake, tub Mascapone tub Greek Yoghurt, tablespoon icing sugar, Lemon juice.

Empty in to a bowl mix using foodprocessor mixer or just mix add to Ginger Cakes.

Put them together and add Mascapone Yoghurt icing.

Cost effective just something simple.

Do same with Maderia Cakes any type really.

Use own ideas to decorate Maltesers or other grated chocolate.

Grated chocolate. One knife one bar chocolate. Open up packet add knife blade to bar and pull towards you gently get shards.

Birthday cake ideas for any one.
