Hi everyone,

I love soups and its definitely the weather for a nice home made easy soup, I made this soup first by heating a little olive oil in a saucepan added diced onion and slightly caramelised then I added the peas and beans with a little water ginger dried chilli black pepper dill celery salt with a tin of organic edamame beans some frozen peas. I then blended about half the mix, reheated and had with some gluten free bread which I made this afternoon. And I enjoyed it as it's simple honest country food...😊

So good when it's easy to make as well rather than pouring over a recipe for ages.😁

This looks really fantastic and delicious! :-) You gave me an idea to maybe go out and get some soup for tonight's dinner out on this cold day. :-)

That makes me hungry soup is always so comforting on chilly days. I have a pot of Paperkish on now the wind is a blowing. Hubby just went shopping for the Thanksgiving bird and all the fixings. He'll be hungry when he gets home. Have a warm night.

Jerry dinner was wonderful and he said the smell killed him when he walked in the door. He sat down and ate right away I finally had a bbowp at 9PM after unloading the groceries. Long story but he has been working long hours with his team sometimes almost all nighters, at least he is home this week. Look forward to your meals today.
