Hello every one friends and fans hope you all OK.

More amazing short cuts tops tricks and those wish to save money this is for you.

I thought should explain every weekend do food the preparation and organisation for the week ahead.

It helps me in many ways.

Means can put out a tub of vegetables and defrost saves time chopping dicing already done for you.

Add to any meal oven or microwave.

Also the expensive costs of the pre cut diced veggies in some supermarkets are excessive and what do you get.

I do buy chefs base So Frito or buy some can not get fresh better frozen, beans peas.

This is what I do for those wishing to have a pleasant afternoon or any time.

Put some music on relax take you time. Make a recipe itemise this and use this to guide you . Keep this.

Any meal make for reference.

Use simply the following. A jar of Passata Italian herbs a tomato puree squirt some sugar a small amount or use tomato ketchup tiny amount. Stock cube or anything you have.

Plus red wine vinegar this your preservative.

These the tub or use zip bags vegetable combinations.

Onions Carrots Celery get Onions diced sliced fresh.

Onions Carrots Celery Leeks useful Soup Cannellini Beans so on.

Peppers any sliced diced chunky with Courgettes remove core and diced chunky.

Great for Pasta add Cherry Tomatoes tin when adding to Saucepan.

Sweet Potato Butternut Squash diced are available. Already to use soup.

I use these with Carrots diced and Courgettes as a Med style sauce or to a Curry .

Add spices Onions and as usual the tomato sauces added warm through.

Mr Rigatoni Tip need to when adding sauce always a low heat and just simmer.

All tomatoes products are cooked already, so need to warm through.

As for herbs use dried or fresh. Understand be careful fresh. Basil goes black in freezer so blender use this add make sauce, then add herbs Basil blend .

Will be dissolved in sauce. Parsley OK same add end of cooking.

One tip also make your own herb blends.

Italian ones buy in the shops but pricey.

I buy on line individual herbs make my own dried mixes.

If you buy jars all added in dried herbs want to buy pay excessive costs of course not make your own.

Bags freezer zip bags freezer clip or other sealed bags to use put into a another bag sealed and label.

Good to be doing.

Italian herb mix. All dried One teaspoon of each keep in a sealed jar. Basil, Parsley, Oregano, Thyme, Fennel Seeds.

Chop change that Add Rosemary if you wish to but strong can do this mix.

Rosemary Thyme, with Garlic Onion Powder. Paprika.

Spice rubs Italian style.

Oregano, Ground Coriander, Paprika, Rosemary Thyme, Fennel Seeds.

Spicy one.

Chilli flakes, Paprika, Smoked Paprika, Coriander ground and Cinnamon .

All can be added Onion Garlic Powder to each mix.

Med style mix of Spices chop change some are Italian based, some are North African mixes.

Cinnamon, Coriander Ground, Cumin .

Paprika, Cinnamon, Coriander Ground, Cumin Turmeric.

Turmeric Ginger Paprika Cinnamon, Cumin.

Note Turmeric is always added small spice amounts because can take over.

Paprika as colour.

use half teaspoon chillies quarter just be careful add more if you wish to.

Too many spices can be a strong flavour as it is adapted changing learning.

Add to a bowl of hot water or use Olive Oil lemon Juice for a rub always measure.

Tip add rub mix to plastic zip bag for convenience add meat and seal rub over the bag can be left a few hours then to sauté pan to seal.

Any residues use water to empty add to recipe when cooking.

Remember to label date.

If defrosting can add to a blender if you so wish make a blitz up sauce sieve and cook through.

Simply to do, I hope this helps any one.

Hello good morning to you wishing you well start of the week.

Just something I thought contribute the issues we have these freezers and fridges these white goods.

Yet people do not how to use them.

Not rocket science what to fill but if your a family expensive these bags of veggies frozen .

What do you exactly get half filled bag and costs you money.

I once bought a bag of veggies frozen nothing in it half way up the bag filled a zip bag.

I do this remove veggies from bags in to zip bags means gets frozen and solid and means also packed tight in freezer time space saver.

No point have spilling veggies all over the freezer.

Tip any half empty bags of veggies mix together do this berries fruit frozen as long it is used up and labelled.

I hope to add more contributions .

Watch this space, worth joining and making some members look think and be aware of what there eating be helpful.

Like your Curry , tip use a blender with tin tomatoes or Passata add Coconut Milk your Spices or paste.

Stock cube and any herbs blitz up.

Keeps in the fridge for ages and can be frozen. Zip bags.

I enjoy Indian food the continent so vast 97% of India is veggie or vegan.

Misnomer all food is spicy go further North near Himalayas and areas where rice can not grow use Chickpeas and Lentils a lot.

Uses of Ginger Garlic Onions Castes, Religions forbid Chillies as well. Arouses the senses as it can do.

Often I say to people who ask me as advice, knowledge start of making simple ones.

Garam Masala Curry very light not spicy look for ones spices blends, should not contain Chilli.

Some do.

I also recommend have in stores freezer Spinach fantastic in Curries useful . The reason use certain veggies Potatoes and other roots are because these reduce the heat absorb the heat if there is any of any spices.

Known fact use Lemon Juice use a bottle. Added two much chilli or spice.

I should explain often a frequent visitor to the Indian restaurant scene best ones are the following places.

Glasgow and Birmingham followed by Manchester and London, Newcastle.

Again used to get invited in to the kitchens. Learn a lot.
