For a few years now I skip breakfast on a work day (5-6 days a week), early starts and then no time to stop and eat being the biggest factors.
Someone suggested meal replacement shakes (I see this as no more time consuming than making a coffee in a travel mug in the morning which I already do).
Does anyone know where I can get some advice or already do this and can advise me? There seems to be soo many out there to choose from!
Thanks

Have you been noticing problems from not having breakfast? Lots of people do intermittent fasting which often results in not eating till later in the day, so unless you are getting tired or hungry as long as you are eating healthily calorie appropriate amount the rest of the day it doesn’t matter if you don’t eat first thing.
No matter what time I get up I’m rarely hungry before 10am. Personally I don’t like shakes as they make me feel bloated without being satiated. Greek yoghurt and berries are my go to portable breakfast that I can just get out of a cool bag and eat anywhere.
My suggestion, get yourself a Ninja and make some healthy green drinks to take to work. Only a suggestion but I do this when I feel I don't get my 5-7 a day. Although nuts can also be added for your protein, I don't do this due to a nut allergy.
My typical healthy 'meal' or supplement =
Celery, spinach, carrot, apple, garlic, kiwi, plenty of coconut water and topped up with water if preferred. That is just to allow good smoothing. Of course, you can add whatever you wish but this one is so tasty and nourishing. I hope you try this and enjoy. Regards P.
Hello, I tried the Slimfast ones but I was so hungry, I find if I get organised the night before and post on the Daily Diary on the weight loss forum, it helps me to focus ! Here's the link, hope it helps! x
