This was what I had for dinner tonight. It was a quiche with long grain wild rice, sliced mushrooms, cheddar cheese and eggs mixed together. I had string beans, salad with fake bacon bits and Italian dressing thatβs fat free. I had a parfait of sugar free chocolate pudding and Greek raspberry yogurt on the bottom on the side. Everything was really good and I will have the leftover slice of quiche for lunch tomorrow afternoon.

That looks delicious! π do you need to pre-cook the rice?
Thank you for saying that. You need to get a pan/dish/bowl and put the rice with the eggs and other items you want to add to it for cooking in the stove/microwave. You may have to warm the rice in the bag up for 90 seconds. Each brand/type of rice has different temps..

Thank you for that one! It'll be great! If you try the rice crust, I recommend the brown or wild rice flavors. The white rice is good, but not as exciting.
