Just making some aubergine "Faken" for the first time. I won't use it all up in one sandwich. Can it be kept?

Hi willsie01 ,

Since the Faken is made with tofu, It can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days after being cooked/opened. I hope this helps. :-)

I looked up " How long aubergine can last after being used?" on Google. In the refrigerator-- 7-10 days. In the room/room temps.-- up to 3-5 days. :-)

Don’t know if this helps. But scroll down the page, it does say can be frozen for 1 month and refrigerated for 5 days. Obviously, I don’t know if it’s a similar recipe to yours.

My recipe was from the BBC and very similar.
