Soup not just for lunch

Hi

I wanted to share a recipe for chicken soup that iv been making. Its my own recipe. And i don't have it just for lunch some days i enjoy it for breakfast with a cup of chicory coffee.

The ingredients are

1 cup of bone broth ( i use chicken)

1 chicken breast fillet

A dash of black pepper and salt

A dash of xanthan gum

1 teaspoon of butter

1\2 cup of heavy\ double cream ( you can use coconut cream if dairy free)

You can add whatever veg you would like.

1) heat the butter in a saucepan

2) add the veg until cooked

3)add the broth and cream and chicken breast diced or shredded and stir together

4) add the xanthan gum and stir until combined

5) cook for 5 mins then serve

I cook the bone broth in a big batch at the weekend and then put it into portion size bags and freeze and take out a bag and thaw when needed.

When i say a dash of xanthan gum it should be 8g
