Hi and welcome. If healthy eating is your aim, you’ve come to the right place. I can’t really help with your question as I don’t have RA (I’m assuming you have RA due to the mention of methotrexate) but I’m sure someone will be along who can. In the meantime have you posted on the NRAS forum on Health Unlocked? You may get a quicker answer on there.
