Today for lunch, I had a Cheese Sandwich with mustard. I had a small orange on the side. This had 34 carbs.. It was with gluten free bread. Very good.

Thank you! I liked the sandwich. I may try to have a cheese sandwich once a week from now on while I'm here at the house-- unless the cheese runs out.

Your cheese sandwich sounds tasty. I really like mustard too.

I like mustard, too and have given up on ketchup because mustard has no carbs.. I had a Vegetarian burger last night for dinner with mustard and relish on the bun and then mustard on the side for the potato fries.
