Todays lunch Christmas cake cheese with salad in gluten free sourdough bread.
Hi everyone,
I saw this cheese which's cheddar with the fruit and spices used in a Christmas cake and its so weird especially the first taste as it is delicious but it's also seems contrary at first, it really tickles the taste buds.
They seem to have plenty left so I shall be buying some more as I love tasty cheeses...
The salad is just mixed leaves with grated beetroot and piled high...😀
I'm looking at your yummy bread, you certainly know how to bake a decent loaf Jerry, it looks delicious.

Thank you Zest, it's an odd one thats for sure. But I enjoyed it as it puts a new twist on an old favourite and adds a bit of spice literally. 😊
