This is what I had for lunch today. It was grits with scrambled eggs and an orange. Everything was really great. It was filling and low carb..๐๐

Thank you for saying this, Hidden . Everything was really good. Also, it was fast to be cooked. Grits are made of corn and you can add cheese or salt if you want.

Grits are made from corn and can have cheese or salt mixed in to cook them. Very good taste to them.

Thank you! Eggs donโt have any carbs. unless you put something on them ( like meatโ no carbs. when nothing else is on the meat).
