This is what I had today for lunch. The entire meal had 54 carbs. and was very filling. The cottage cheese had 5 carbs., nuts were 10, apple was 15, orange (small) 9 and the grapes had 15. I usually have cottage cheese with fruit and nuts on Mondays, but had some leftover Vegetarian Chili from Sunday night on Monday instead, so I switched for today this week.

Thank you for saying that! There are different nuts I sometimes use, but I have to go and get more, so I substituted the cocoa nuts for the mixed ones today.

Lentils are a good substitute for lots of things, I used to buy my lentils in a tin because the dried ones retained so much water when cooking, but Tins don't seem to be a good idea anymore
