This is what I had today for lunch. The entire meal had 54 carbs. and was very filling. The cottage cheese had 5 carbs., nuts were 10, apple was 15, orange (small) 9 and the grapes had 15. I usually have cottage cheese with fruit and nuts on Mondays, but had some leftover Vegetarian Chili from Sunday night on Monday instead, so I switched for today this week.
