Hey basically I’ve been struggling with losing weight and over eat in the evenings which I later regret waking up in the morning any suggestions to help with this and if course I’ve tried to close house work and read etc but seem to want to snack

I’ve found that once I start eating certain foods then it’s hard for me to stop overeating. These tend to be the high sugar , salt , fat processed foods. So try not to give Into the initial craving. Try a heartier snack instead. Not having the snack foods in the house would eliminate the temptation.
Exactly the same as me I can’t stop and almost become greedy!! I buy snacks for my sons and things they enjoy as a treat and it’s tempting to me also
I do not know where you are, if you can get low cal breakfast bars that are not cereal based. I eat chicken for my supper sometimes, always have fruit whether its fresh or frozen. I aso have ham, cheese, low fat, eat a hearty low cal. meal, then you will not need to snack on the wrong things. The S.W. mantra is every day is different if you have a bad one draw a line under it. I can not go out for exercise so I am re arranging book shelves and cupboards, with my husbands help. You can get loads of low cal. recipes online. My husband has just found his calculator so he is happy, stay safe do not worry about your weight too much. I am a target member of S.W but I am struggling to maintain, not worth getting paranoid about though. Hugs to you.
