Baby is fine and got hake for her weekly treat on Monday!

Workouts in my gym? Well i see this is a no no. I’m going to tone it down a bit but still cautiously carefully gonna exercise my cardio. It’s a balancing between my Cardiac/Cancer/ Sanity/anxiety releasing. Choices for my life!
Exercising or becoming lethargic or complacent. Cancer isn’t gonna Kick my Butt or neither is exercising.
You can always still do your exercises, but do them in the house.😀👍
