Hi everyone,

This is more advice from the NHS on staying at home, this is different to their self isolating advice and has lots of very sensibile and comprehensive advice including links to more support while you are at home.

We want to collate as much relevant information as possible to keep you all inforned and as safe as possible and I think that we should really appreciate those that are working in the the NHS as they are front line people and faced with an enormous challenge.

And our local shops, so lets to and be extra appreciative of those who are keeping our shelves stocked as they are at risk with all the customers in the shops, which must be stressful especially with all this over consuming.

Here's a link to the NHS Stay at Home Guide, please see:

Thank you kitchengardener2 you are so right that friendly social media will be such a bonus, as we are all in this together.

I appreciate everyones benevolence to one another on here as it is commendable.

Well good luck Hidden I hope that you have a good support network I've offered to help elderly neighbours as it is a worry being told to stay in.

You are not alone as it is such an unreal situatiuon that none of know how this will pan out or when it will finish.

So you and your wife stay safe as thats your priority.

Thank you for sharing Jerry and I agree the NHS and those working in the supermarkets are doing an excellent job.

This online forum is fantastic so thank you for being there for us Jerry.

We certainly are Jerry and it's very good at times like we are in now.

Thank you🙏

Hey that sounds like a plan Hidden .

Hey it looks neat and it's not that far from me as I live near the river Severn. So lets hope I don't get bored and come visiting...😀

Hey thats great I believe that all HU forums are much friendlier than other social media platforms and I for one do my best to keep them this way, as for being a night owl I sleep like a baby so feel for those who get for or fretful sleep.

Thank you for posting these updates Hidden I have been avoiding the media because of the sensationalist headlines, I found the updates we had at work much more helpful as they were purely factual and advised us what to do, but I’m off work this week (not going away, just days off after working the weekend and using up a few days annual leave before end of March ) so the updates here have kept me informed.
