Hi - I'm new here and hoping to find some support & accountability for my healthy eating goals. I love to eat healthy, but I do have a sweet tooth, and lately I've been eating way too many snacks in the evenings. I think it's emotional eating, and I want it to stop! I think having someplace to post my goals & check in would help hold me accountable. Is this appropriate to this group?
