For my lunch at home today, I had cottage cheese with fruit and mixed nuts. The entire meal was 47 carbs. and had lots of protein. I wasn't able to take any pictures at the time, but when I have the same meal again in the next few weeks, I plan to try and take some pictures to show you all what it looks like in the big bowl. What I had was: mixed nuts, cottage cheese, grapes, cantaloupe and strawberries. It was very good and great for the weather/type of temperature of the day today. Today, the temperature is much warmer than yesterday and there's no rain so far.
