Good evening folks, I like soup this time of year as its warming and gives a sense of wellbeing 🌝 I also like using up left overs and had a little veg with red peppers and carrots so added that.

I made this soup by pureeing cooked peas with coconut milk and then added the crushed garlic, the veg, red and green chilli + cumin, coriander and coriander leaves and a 1/4 tea spoon sea salt and gently cooked. I sprinkled it with coriander leaves and a little ground pepper. I also made some gluten free bread this afternoon so had one of these rolls with it.

Sometimes the simplest things cane be the nicest and this is very easy to make.

If anyone would like to share what they made tonight then please do πŸ…

You make soup with a liquid and thats why theres cream soups, and its easy peasy I cooked the peas in water put them in my food processor and whizzed them up with some coconut milk and et voila, I've made lots of soups like this.

And the majority of coconut milk is...water.

Thank you for letting me know!πŸ˜€

Sounds delicious. I had a vegetable and cashew nut medley with a hot sauce made with tomato puree, paprika, ginger and lemon.

Mmm lovely. I sometimes make veg soup from frozen veg, it's fine. Not had my dinner yet, debating what to have.
